Meet Feodora Assistant Director

Hello, my name is Feodora and I am originally from Indonesia. I am the Junior Preschool Room Leader and Assistant Director at Little Friends Early Learning Granville. I have many years of experience working in the early childhood education and care sector in Australia. As an educator, I am committed to providing a thoughtful and responsive learning environment where children are recognised as capable and confident learners. I believe each child develops in their own way and at their own pace, and with the right guidance and encouragement, every child can grow and flourish. I value meaningful relationships with children, families and the wider learning community. I enjoy supporting children's curiosity, independence and social development through intentional teaching, play-based learning and everyday interactions.

Meet Cindra Deputy Manager

Hello, my name is Cindra and I am originally from Indonesia. I am the Nursery Room Leader at Little Friends Early Learning. I have over 7 years of experience teaching kindergarten children in Indonesia and more than 3 years of experience working in early childhood education in Australia. I currently hold Bachelor of Early Childhood Education. I am passionate about supporting young children during their early years, as I believe this is such an important stage for their learning, development, and confidence. I enjoy creating a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel safe, loved, and encouraged to explore the world around them. As an educator, I value strong relationships with children and families. I believe every child is unique, capable, and full of potential, and I feel grateful to be part of their learning journey each day.

Meet Frances Educational Leader

Hi, my name is Frances and I am originally from Italy. I hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. I have been working in Early Childhood Education for 12 years. I chose this profession because I wanted to be someone children could rely on while they are away from their families. I believe it is important for every child to feel safe, supported, and cared for throughout their day. My favourite part of being an educator is spending time with children through play, learning experiences, and books. I love watching children develop new skills, build confidence, and feel proud of their achievements. I also value the little moments, such as listening to children's stories, ideas, and interests. I believe these meaningful conversations help build strong relationships and make children feel seen, heard, and valued. Even after 12 years, I still feel grateful to support children as they learn, grow, and discover the world around them.
